Hurdles
I’d say just communication. Sometimes I don’t know the answer to a big question that has already had an answer for weeks and I didn’t know. The more clear we are to each other the better for everyone!
What problem are you referring to?
One thing that comes to mind. As we are growing and as our serve teams are growing. It is harder at times for people to identify guest if they do not come to our Connect Table.
Enablers
I believe that a place that has little to no confusion is a comforting and safe place to be. If there is anything that is unclear, those things should not only be solved but made better. ex: “WHAT age is allowed to be…” “WHO is allowed to be in this room…” etc. And how do we cater to that other party? When things are clear the first time there is no reason for the awkward conversation later! Also, it just makes it more comfortable for someone to return again!
What is the problem?
I selected unsure as we are guest ready :) Everyone on any team and all staff always sees guest as a priority.
