Hurdles
  • I would say its the quality of volunteers that we have. Some of the volunteers are amazing and they are the exact blue print that we are looking for, however, some I’m confused why they are even there.
  • Getting next steps turnover to be greater in joining a team, and utilizing our resources (planning center) to know when, and how to serve most effectely.
  • Building the culture
Enablers
  • If we make it easier for guests to feel comfortable at our church and feel like they are seen and heard they are more likely to stick around and have actual engagement. If they stick around then we can have more influence in the lives of the community of Plymouth and the surrounding areas, then we can make a big impact for the kingdom of God.
  • Each guest that is effectively met with our dream team or staff is an opportunity to save someone, or impact the kingdom further.
  • To build God’s kingdom
